IAS_ADMIN password??

Hello

I installed 9IAS 9.0.2. After I restart the box, its not letting me to login as IAS_ADMIN. If I use the command line utility, I can change the password. But if I use it to login to Enterprise Manager, it fails. Any suggestion appreciated
