iAS 10g and Report Server Portal started but report not working...

hi all,
I am a newbie in OAS 10g and Oracle Report Server Portal and need urgent help from this forum...

My user used to print the report from oracle form(web..., applet) that generate pdf from internet... We do nothing on the server neither the iAS nor the modification of the report, and somehow it prompted error msg "Internet Explorer cannot download...jobid=14511?server=rep_portal from portal.mydomain.com
Internet Explorer was not able to open this internet site. The requested is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."

I went to Oracle Enterprise Manager to ahve a check the status, been restarted no of rounds..even the iAS 10g:~

Name Status Start Time CPU usage Memory Usage
Report Servers: rep_portal UP N/A N/A N/A

What would be the causes? I able to access the Form through internet.
Please help...urgent...
