i8042.c: Can't read CTR while initializing i8042.l5uek

Hi guys I am installing Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.6 64 bits on an IBM System X server. The installation goes well, but after the first reboot, the following error appears on the screen: i8042.c: Can't read CTR while initializing i8042.l5uek

and then nothing happens anymore, the screen goes "blank".

Has somebody had this issue before? And how can I solve this problem?
