I want to Open the side navigation bar, by click on span instead of clicking only the side arrow

Hii all...

I have created the dynamic navigation bar in oracle apex 5.0 And in this i facing the problem as whenever i click on the parent tab it will redirect to home page and the sub- tabs will open only when

we click on the right- side down arrow

Please Tell me how to prevent it to redirecting to home page and sub-tabs should open on clicking anywhere on the parent tab..
