I want to download oracle 9i software

Is the Oracle 9i similar to Oracle 8i..?
actually the problem is that. i did Oracle 8i DBA but i was not in touch with oracle for a long time,.and now Oracle 10g is running..but i have no idea about it, now i want to recall my Oracle DBA....
can i start with Oracle 9i or should i start with again oracle 8i then so on????

where should i download tutorials n books of Oracle 9i?
