I want to delete a row from the table of LOV (in the JHS-LOV popup) but..

Hi all
Jdeveloper : Studio Edition Version 11.1.2.2.0
Jheadstart : 11.1.2.1.28
I want to delete a row from the table of LOV (in the JHS-LOV popup) but it delete the first row...
please help
