I tried installing java on my new computer and it keeps coming up with this error message, I am conf

I really need some help because I need java so that I can download forge and other modding applications for games such as Minecraft or Terraria. So I was trying to install it onto my computer but it keeps coming up with this:

"from=https://javadl.oracle.com/webapps/getfile/1.8.0_221-b11/230deb18db3e4014bb8e3e8324f81b43/windows-i586/jre1.8.0_221patch.msi,to=C:\Users\***\Appdata\LocalLow\Oracle\Java\JRE1.8.0_221\jre1.8.0_221patch.msi"

(The *** is my computer name, also admin account.)

I am really confused so if someone could help me I would be very grateful as I hope nothing is wrong with my new PC.
