I requested for a free oracle apex Workspace but get no accept or denial

Hi All,
I requested a free workspace from apex.oracle.com, but get no email to activate my workspace.
When I searched google for this, I see that it will take months to get that mail, is it possible?
I've looked up my spam mails by the way.

My email is : selinkolasinli@gmail.com
Workspace : BLIMUNDA
I also tried again, and the same result. Workspace: SLNKLSNL

Does anyone have a clue about this?
