i need to create DMC (Transcript) from two tables.

i m using oracle 10g forms & reports on OS xp.
i have two tables one is Registration and other is Subjects.
in Registration i have the following fields:-
1) Reg_No (PK)
2) Student_Name
3) Father_Name
4) Address
in Subject table i have the following fields:-
1) Subject_Code (PK)
2) Class_Name
3) Subject_Name
Now i want to create a DMC (Detail Mark Certificate) from these two tables for every student of every Class.
for this pls tell me i need a view of these two tables or an other table (if view then what will be the fields and if table then what will be the fields)
