so i was trying to upgrade my always-free account. but it was not possible because i provided invalid postal address when i registered to OCI.
i want to edit the info that is displayed at the upgrade page.
so i tried following:
- editing billing(credit card) address
- searching “postal address” at the OCI console
- making SR at the support.oracle.com
- calling sales team (because SR team told me to do it)
- chatting with agent via bottom right corner at oracle.com
any effort did not make progress.
support.oracle.com just said i should go with sales team. sales team obviously didnt help. chatting agent told me to wait.
what should i do?
