I need help upgrading to a paid account

I went to upgrade to a paid account but I can't login - it says ‘invalid username or password’. I tried the password reset - it completed successfully but I still can't login with the new password. No explanation or emails from Oracle about it. Sales and profile support told me to come here. My debit card is waiting. Somebody please assist me to upgrade!
