I need Help

Hi!
This is a bit complicated and my excuses goes out to all if i posted this in wrong spot.

There is a Java based game named 'Runescape' (www.runescape.com)
Which someone made a Java based Bot (cheat) to about 2 months ago, now Runescape creaters have changed the protocol id's in all their .class files, so when i try run The bot (its named Runebot) it says 'Client Has been updated' so i cant login using the bot anymore, there are about 20 .class files.
I got the original package from www.runescape.com with all their original .class files and the 'Runebot's .class files, i just wondered if anyone knows where to look for the changed protocol ids?!
i got the new updated client with the newest .class files from runescape.com with the new working protocol ids but i dont know how to put them in the runebot and i dont know where to protocol ids are stored. Since i got no experience in java programming i would like to ask anyone here if they wanted to take a look and see if they could get this to work..? The new working files with the working protocol ids are named something like mudclient.jar when i extract this i get up alot of .class files, in the runebot directory there are also alot of .class files but i dont understand a thing since im new to java and id bet i would never understand how to edit the Runebots .class files to have the same protocol ids as the original working mudclient, anyways if anyone wanna help out this would be greatly apprecciated, i uploaded both the 'Runebot' .class files and the working 'Mudclient' .class files if anyone wanna help, heres the url containing all .class files for both runebot and mudclient:

... hoping for reply, thanks in advance.
