I need account registration support
I have been unable to register for an Oracle Cloud account and have contacted Oracle customer service through channels such as phone calls and online chats, all of which have been reported as not being handled by them. I was asked to send an email to the support team for resolution, but I have sent multiple emails to the team without receiving a response. I am always unable to complete the registration at the last step, but every time I receive a deduction notice from the bank, I also call the bank to confirm if the bank refuses to make the deduction. The bank replied that it did not refuse the deduction. I don't know what to do anymore.
