I need a Refrence to build CMS using JSP with netbeans .

Hi everybody ,
I hope you are fine at all .
I started to build CMS 'Content Management System' using JSP with NETBEANS,I confused , I do not know from where to start ,so that I need some one help me give me a reference or a name of reference I can get and I will be appreciate to someone who will give me details about what is tha steps to build a CMS and what I should be learned to do that .
