I have Win 7, 64 bit on an i5 CORE. I have downloaded Win64_11gR2_database _1of2. I click on setup

I have a Win 7 Home Premium and an i5 CORE. I tried downloading Win64_11gR2_database_1of2. When I click on the Setup.exe icon, nothing happens, the hard drive light just flickers. Nothing,

I want my SQL*Plus, a sample database like it used to be. To be able to run Oracle 11g locally without being on the Web.

This install has turned into a night mare. I want the Start n Stop Database Icons as well as SQL*Plusy back in play.

How do I get this install done! It shouldn't be this difficult.
