i have installed ubuntu 22.0.4.5 and when i launched ubuntu server i had only 1 core but now i upgraded it to 2 cores but only one core is running when using heavy task. when the server is in 20% load both cores works one by one or at the same time. i don't know how to fix this issue, i searched everywhere but i did not find a solution to it. i checked lscpu and it shows 2 cores 0,1 but not using full 2 cores. when 1 core utilize 100% the server becomes unresponsive even when there is 1 more core using 0%.
