I have a physical standby database with slow-applying archive logs.
I try to run every second this query:
select
process,
pid,
status,
thread#,
sequence#,
block#,
blocks
from
v$managed_standby
where
process = 'MRP0';
and I see the value of the block# column rise, but sometimes freeze for a few minutes.
