I have exchange mail (smtp) - my server client x400, i have a problem

Hi.

I have exchange mail (smtp) and my client server mail x400 and my client not send the mail when he has executed the form.
I do not see the problem �somebody see it?.
please, tell me something.

My Inglis is very bad, sorry, I�m Spanish.
