I have worked with Oracle EBS for over 20 years. I was trying to develop a tool we could all use to do EBS and DB support as well as support anything else. My WEB site is a generic knowledge base tool that can be setup to support anything. I have done much support work in EBS. This tool can be used to document any type of issue in EBS and help any user fix the issue they may have.
