I granted SELECT ANY TABLE. But user can't select view.

If I grant SELECT ANY TABLE user can select SYS's views?

I granted SELECT ANY TABLE but user can't select SYS's views. User can select SYS view when I granted SELECT ANY DICTIONARY. But I want user doesn't select role, audit log... How can I grant that user can select only ALL VIEWS without role, user privilege, audit log...?
