I got this problems FRM-18126 : Could not invoke the browser

Hi there

I`m trying to run the form (dev suite 10 ) , but i got this message :

FRM : 18126 : Could not invoke the browser

I`m using the OC4J and already set in edit , preferences ....

Does anybody know this problem ...
