I encountered the error ORA-01691 unable to extend lob segment PROD.SYS_LOB0000754747C00004$$ BY 1024 in tablespace APEX_1408871290539717. What could be the root cause, and how can I resolve it? The table involved is used for file uploads and is running in Oracle APEX. The tablespace seems to be nearly full, but other tables in the same tablespace can still insert data.
