I downloaded oracle 18c express edition and it have been installing since 9 hours. please help ?

Oracle 18c express edition on windows 10 pro 21H1 version . Yesterday night 11 pm , I started installing but even today morning it is showing creating database XE. nearly 9 hrs, it stayed on same line. please find the below screen shot.
Please help me, this green line is not moving forward. Should I need to install Java jdk or what ? Please help me please.....
