I dont' land in Oracle APEX when I sign out from Administration services

Under Oracle APEX 24.2.13, on Always free service, when I sign out from Administration services.,I land on this page:

I would like to land on this kind of page:

Same thing happens when I am under Oracle APEX APP BUilder and I sign out.

What to do ?
