I Don't Get Session Timeout Settings...Please Learn Me Up

Joseph UpshawDec 3 2021 — edited Dec 6 2021

APEX 20.2
So, we created a nice, pretty, public page named "session-timeout" to be shown whenever a session times out due to inactivity.
SessionTimeout.pngIn the applications security settings we've specified the following parameter values:
SessionConfiguration.pngWe then launch a browser, sign into the app and then just leave it alone, i.e. it's "Idle."
On schedule, Session Timeout Warning in Seconds, we get the session warning...so far, so good.
SessionWarning.pngDespite the warning, we continue to be idle. However, when the Idle time expires, we do not get our cool page. Instead, we get this built-in dialog:
SessionEnded.pngWhy, I ask you, Why???!
Humbly Yours,
-Joe
NOTE: we are using friendly URLs so; perhaps, it doesn't like the format of the Session Timeout URL. If so, please tell me what it should look like.
