I can�t install patch 112233-12 on solaris 9!!

hello:

I�ve a sunfire v890 with solaris9 release 09/04 and I need install Oracle 10g.
(SunOS 5.9 Generic_118558-19 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-V890)

the pre-install procedure of Oracle 10g asks by patch 112233-12
but when try to install it, i get:

Installing 112233-12...

Checking installed patches...
Re-installing patch 112233-12...
One or more patch packages included in
112233-12 are not installed on this system.
which packages need this patch?
