I cannot start brand new installation of Oracle 11g express

Dear All,

I have a problem which was discussed here several times, but I cannot find a solution that works for me.

I beg your pardon, I am not a profesional in IT field, so my questions perhaps could look like 'stupid'.

Anyway, I have a brand new installation of Oracle Express 11g. 'Get Started' Icon on my desctop brings me to http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex/f?p=4950

which cannot be found.

What do I have:

  1. Windows 10 64 x
  2. Internet Explorer as browser

What I've done so far:

  1. Reinstalled and re-reinstaled - did not help
  2. I tried to chech if 8080 port is used and it looks like it is not (I see the port 80 has been taken, not 8080)
  3. I have no Idea how to estabilish a listner.
  4. I will be happy if you could provide me with some other guidence.
  5. I granted all the permission for users and run the setup as admin.
  6. Thank you bery much in advance, people!! I am lost in the topic after 5 hours of research!!
