I am not able to connect anylonger to Oracle Cloud Customer Connect site.
When I click on Sign In button, the home page is directed to:
https://login.oracle.com/oamfed/idp/initiatesso?providerid=https://ora-fusion-apps.custhelp.com/ci/openlogin/saml
However, after a while, it is triggered back to home page:
https://ora-fusion-apps.custhelp.com/app/home/https%3A%2F%2Fcloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com%2Fpages%2Fhome%3Flang%3Den_US?action=login
So, even if I keep hitting Sign In button, it keeps doing this looping. I cannot sign in.
I am successfully accessing MOS website, for example - also via Single Sign On. I was successfully accessing Oracle Cloud Customer Connect site as well few days ago, however, I think it stopped working after I have reinstalled my office - office 365 on-line.
Also, I am in a VPN connection with my company, but I've tried to connect with single Internet connection as well but it did not work either.
Can you please help me to fix my access to this great platform?
