I am using Oracle EBS R12.2
I cannot retrieve workflow notifications owned by a user by navigating from the following responsibility:
Workflow Administrator ---> Administrator Workflow ---> Status Monitor
The output is "No item found..." as shown in the screenshot below. I have checked by querying from database and I verified that the pattern used "GIO%" is correct.
Any idea how to approach this problem? This is only happening with this user.
