I cannot log into my account and also cannot seem to be able to reset my password

Summary: When I try to log into my Oracle Cloud account, for some reason my password doesn't seem to work anymore. I don't understand why since I haven't changed it. When I try to reset my password it says that an email has been sent but there isn't such an email. I already contacted a live agent and was told to ask the question here since it appears to be a back-end issue or something like that. Yes, I have checked my spam folder and it isn't there.

I do have a suspicion that I may have suffered from a breach since I recently got a trojan on my computer, also I got an email saying: Your domain Default email in lotinsh11 has been updated. With a link to view the changes, but the link does not work for me and I cannot get it to work. I have not changed my domain email so I don't know what this email is but I'm also not sure if that's the issue.
