It started when the system asking me to assign a new password when trying to log in to my Oracle Cloud account. I tried to create a new password several times, but something was always wrong, even though the new password met all the conditions. I was unable to log in or save the new password.
Or at least that's what I thought, because the next time I logged in, the system displayed a message that my login credentials were incorrect (I logged in with the old password, I didn't save the new one)
Now, I have been trying to reset the password for several days. However, no email with a reset link reaches me. It's neither in the SPAM folder nor in the JUNK folder.
On the Oracle support chat, the consultant tried twice to send me an email, but to no avail.
He referred me to this forum, but I see that I'm not the only one with this problem.
