I can't ping or telnet to sun solaris 9(sun fire v240). Please help me

We have a customer using solaris 9. When I did test your system I have used init 6 command. Then I telnet or ping it again but it can't execute. But When I telnet to other Sun machine, then I telnet or pingto it, it's ok.
I don't understand what happended to this machine.
Pls help me, your server is using and it's very important to them.
