I can't open team workspaces

When I try to go to a workspace created by a co-worker I can't enter to that workspace and also, when I try to enter to https://beehiveonline.oracle.com/teamcollab/ it says "the webpage is not available".

This is the first time that I try to access to beehiveonline I don't know if I have to do something to accesss.
