I can't get rid of Special Characters when using xmlagg function in Report (Card Template)

Hi all, I had this error message when using the listagg function in my report query with Card Template.
ORA-01489: result of string concatenation is too long
I checked the forum and it was advised to use the xmlagg for clob.
But now, I have all html tag displayed and the "Escape Special Character" option doesn't work anymore.
Any idea what is the problem? See pictures attached.
I am using Apex 19.2
