I can't find oracle VSS writer with express edition

I just had 11g express edition installed. I'm wondering if this edition comes with oracle VSS writer, I wasn't been asked to install VSS writer during installation. Can someone please confirm that whether this edition has oracle VSS writer or not? Thanks!
