I can't connect with "Go To Database Home Page" (127.0.0.1:8080)

I would get started adventure with Oracle databases. I installed Oracle Database 10g Express Edition.
Unforunately I have a problem. I open the page "Get Started". There write that: The first thing you need to do is to log in as the Oracle Database XE Administrator. Follow these steps: [...] On Linux, click the Application menu (on Gnome) or the K menu (on KDE), then point to Oracle Database 10g Express Edition, and then Go To Database Home Page.
So, I made this point, but I have firefox error.
Also, when i tried run "Start Database", i have a error that a user didn't be in a dcb group. I found some advice and create a file listener.log in /usr/lib/oracle/xe/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/server/network/log/ and i have add suiteble rules for them. Since this modyfication when I run "Start Database" everything perform good.
But i still can't run "Go to Database Home Page"
This is result of /etc/int.d/oracle-se status:
