I can't connect to oracle database - ORA-12505

I have successfully installed Oracle database 11g Express Edition release 2 (run setup.exe as administrator).

OS Windows 7, 64 bit.

Services OracleServiceXE and OracleXETNSListener were started.

But I can't connect to oracle:

I've stopped oracle services and started them again, reboot computer, but it was useless.

I've also tried to use username "SYS" and the password that was set during the Oracle Database installation process. It was useless too.
I've also tried to connect to Oracle database with sqlplus, but it was useless too:

Could you please help me to solve this issue? What I did wrong?
