Hello all ,
im new in linux , im install oracle database 11g r2 on linux 5.8 every thing is working fine and i can connect to my database from any where and i can use any tool to connect
but
when restart a OS i can't access again to database
i get this error when i trying to connect by oracle sql developer
io error the network adapter could not establish the connection vendor code 17002
What Can i do ??
