I can synch calendar between treo 650 and oracle, but no attendees on 650?

I can synch calendar betweeen treo 650 and oracle. I have oracle set to "list attendees." The synchronization is successful for the meetings, but where you would normally see the list of attendees in notes, you just see >>----------------------------------------------.

I have Vista.

Any fixes?
