I can not login in the new workspace in ADB

I logged in to the internal APEX in OCI ADB and created a new workspace, but I cannot log in to that workspace.

The error message is: Invalid Login Credentials.

I have already changed the user password several times, and the user is not locked, but I still cannot access it.

Any idea what could be wrong?
