I am unable to start Oracle Process Manager services in Windows environment.

I am unable to start Oracle Process Manager services in Windows environment. Could you please help me out. how to resolve. I am getting below error message.

The Oracle Process Manager(epmsystem1)service on local computer started and then stopped some service stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs
