i am unable to access the SYS and SYSTEM Users

Hi Seniors,

i have installed the Oracle 10.2.3(10203_vista_w2k8_x86_production_db) in my VISTA Laptop.when i am installing the Oracle i have set the password for the scott and some other users and i have unlocked them and i have set for the SYS and SYSTEM Users

and i am able to access the scoot and other users But i am unable to access the SYS and SYSTEM Users.

would u please .... how to access .
