I am not able to open OBIEE 11g Admin Tool in windows 10 64 bit. Kindly Help

Hi,

My laptop got upgraded to Windows 10 64bit recently. After this updated, I am able to open all OBIEE Tools except Admin Tool. Kindly help to fix this.
