I am not able to expand Asset type option for the site i have created newly

I am trying to expand the Asset Type option for the sites which i have created .. when i click on Asset type to enable one of the asset type for the site it just shows its loading but nothing comes up there are no error message in logs

i have installed both WCS and oracle DB in same VM is that effecting?
