I am getting issue while accessing peoplesoft url

I have setup peoplesoft environment in amazon ec2 instance (windows vm). The peoplesoft web url I can access inside the VM (<hostname>.ec2.internal:8000)

But I can not access the url . I use elastic ip of VM dns to access . But I see the below error
When I add .ec2.internal to the dns, it says site can not be reached..

I have enabled all firewall settings

any help is appreciated.
