I am getting an error when trying to install Java Development Kit 8 Update 121 on Mac OS 10.12.3. An

I am trying to install the JDK on Mac OS Sierra. I get the "The installation Failed" error message when I run the installer at the end of the process and after I enter my admin password. Computer info:

Processor: 2.7 GHz 12-Core Intel Xeon E5

Graphics: AMD FirePro D700 6144 MB

This is where I got the JDK for OS: Java SE Development Kit 8 - Downloads
