I accidentally deleted one of my control files, (have another), but no bkup

I accidentally deleted one of my control files. The database is up and I have another control file.
I'm not database admin savy, and would need to know if I can recover from this (if so then How) or if I need to reinstall.

FYI. This is a new 11g installation on my Development system. I had scheduled a backup using the enterprise manager, and it filled my disc to 100%.
I thought I could delete all the files in my "fast_recovery_area". I didn't realize that I couldn't get by with that. I've got alot to learn, but my immediate need is to recover from the missing control02.ctl file.
