HZ_PARTIES Table holding an already existing Party_ID. New Contingent Worker creation links up with

Hello,

I am facing a situation where 1 New Contingent Worker was created yesterday. Post Creation when I check per_all_people_f table, I see Party ID is showing up as a Party ID which was created may be 10 years back in HZ_PARTIES. I was little surprised because I never come across any such issues where new person creation gets mapped to old or existing Party ID.

I went through this document - How does Oracle Human Resources interact with TCA Trading Community Architecture and debugging steps? (Doc ID 1160816.1) but of no help.

Can someone hint on what am I missing. I think I might be ignoring something basic while creating the same. I am still checking how are the data in other instances.
