hys9planning couldn't open service manager, Database deployment failed

Hi to all,

am trying to configure the hyperion planning9.3.1 version

i am able to connect to the database (MS SQL Server 2005),
but after that i am getting the following error message,

hys9planning:

couldn't open service manager

once clicking the OK button its shows the message as database deployment failed.

any advice?
