I follow these steps to make a hyperlink to open MS Word document.
Step 1: go to shared component
Step 2: go to static files
Step 3: click on create and upload the document file here eg demo_file.doc
Step 4: now create a new html region and put following code into source of html region

It works but it required a user id and password. I applied user USERID and password but it fails to accept. I press ok or cancel button thrice, it goes forward and open the document but in read only mode. I want to open the document in editable format. How it is possibe. Which User id /Password it requires which it demand. How can i solve the problem. Kindly help.
